Returns

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns for Aurrum Essence Co. products.

Exceptions – Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery to raise a request.

How to Raise a Request?

Verification & Resolution

Once your request is received, our team will review the information and verify the issue.

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement may be provided, subject to product availability; or

  • A refund may be issued, depending on the nature of the issue and our verification.

The final resolution will be determined after the product and supporting evidence have been reviewed.

Return Eligibility

A return or replacement request may not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or consumed.

  • The product seal has been opened or broken, except where the issue itself relates to a damaged or defective seal.

  • The product, packaging, label, batch details, or other identifying information has been tampered with or altered.

  • The request is raised more than 48 hours after delivery.

  • Required proof, such as an unboxing video or invoice, is not provided when requested.

Product Inspection

If a product needs to be returned for verification, Aurrum Essence Co. may arrange for the product to be collected and inspected.

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it and validate the claim.

If the product is found to be eligible, the approved refund or replacement will be processed.

If the claim is found to be ineligible after inspection, the product may be sent back to the customer.
