  • Once your cancellation request is received and confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

How to Raise a Request

  • A copy of the physical invoice or proof of purchase.

  • If the claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • If the claim is found to be ineligible, the product may be returned to you.

Return Eligibility

Requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product seal has been broken.

  • The packaging or product has been tampered with.

  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Timeline

For Online Payments

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Approved refunds will be transferred to your registered bank account within 14 business days after the refund request has been approved.
